The Espadrille, or Alpargata in spanish, is a traditional Spanish casual, flat shoe originating from the Pyrenees as late as the 14th century. The sole is hand made of jute rope, which is favored because of its eco-friendliness compared to synthetic substances, and the upper is 100% cotton fabric.
